Doing a Bad Poem

In class, we created "the worst poem ever". At first it was weird to try to make the worst poem ever and we didn't know how to start. The teacher started to make a brainstorm in the board that showed characteristics of a bad poem. We came up with the obvious (wrong punctuation, doesn't follow any rule, makes nonsense. etc) and that helped my group and I to create such a sloppy masterpiece. But, our teacher said it had to have at least 10 figurative language examples and it had to rhyme. That made it much tricky.
It was a very fun activity that taught us how NOT to do a poem. I enjoyed it very much.
